About the Job At Taco Bell, we’re known for doing things differently- and that starts with brand-bold storytelling and world-class creativity. The Global Brand marketing team is looking for a Project Manager of Creative Communications Systems to help us bring that creativity to life efficiently and consistently across the marketing calendar. In this role, you’ll support the systems, and work flows that connect our brand, creative and Marketing teams. You’ll help ensure our campaigns move seamlessly from idea to execution - empowering teams to collaborate, create, and scale work faster. This role is perfect for someone who loves the intersection of creativity and structure and wants to learn how campaigns are operationalized at one of the most iconic brands. The Day-to-Day Communications System: Support the operational needs of the US Brand marketing teams by maintaining communications systems and processes that help campaigns run smoothly and efficiently – from brief alignment through production leveraging asset management tools that connect cross functional teams through Monday.com and or Wrike. Brand Tentpoles: Support Brand Narrative team by assisting in the day-to-day project management of brand activations – keeping projects on task against key milestones. Drive Process Consistency: Partner with brand leads, creative leads, product leads, production partners to document and refine workflows that continue to streamline how we brief, provide creative feedback, and launch campaigns. Maintain Brand Tools & Resources: Keep teams equipped with the right playbooks, templates, and creative references to ensure consistent brand storytelling leveraging best practices. Be a Champion of Collaboration: Work closely with brand and marketing teams to support system adoption and creative alignment. Integrated Agency Team Support: Provide day-to-day support to key agency partners assisting in tasks like meeting management, scoping, RFPs, contracts, billing, onboarding and on sites/offsites. Is This You? BA required; Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in marketing, project management, creative operations, production, or agency account management. You have experience working with cross-functional teams and/or agency partners to bring multi-channel campaigns to life. You’re a strong project manager who can juggle timelines, keep stakeholders aligned, and move work forward with clarity. You communicate with confidence whether you're presenting, facilitating feedback, or connecting across teams. You’re self-motivated, proactive, and curious—you don’t just identify problems, you help solve them. You’re resourceful and relationship-oriented, you know how to influence, collaborate, and keep work flowing even when things get complex. You are comfortable with project management tools like Monday.com and Wrike. Work-Hard, Play-Hard Hybrid work schedule (onsite expectation Tues, Wed, Thurs) and year-round flex day Friday. Salary Range Salary Range: $98,000 to $110,000 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
