Overview We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Conveyancer to join our well-established Residential Conveyancing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in residential conveyancing who is looking to develop their career within a fast‑growing, reputable law firm. You’ll manage your own capped caseload (no more than 60 files at a time) while also supporting junior team members as needed. Responsibilities Handling sales, purchases, and remortgages efficiently. Ensuring accuracy and compliance. Investigating titles, legal issues, and fraud risks. Keeping clients, solicitors, and estate agents informed. Overseeing secure fund transfers. Submitting registrations and staying up to date with legal changes.
