Overview An exciting opportunity has emerged for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, organized and friendly ward clerk to join the Neonatal Team at Homerton Healthcare. This is a key role as you will be the first point of contact greeting families and visitors in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Responsibilities This role is non-clinical and does not involve working with babies. Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to: Answering the telephone Admitting and discharging babies on the hospital computer systems Ensuring all patient demographic information is accurate and up to date Filing patient notes and other general clerical duties Probationary Period This post will be subject to a probationary period.
