What you’ll need Experience working with learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviours Person-centred Provide personal care Be an advocate on someone’s behalf Support Worker Roles and Responsibilities Experience in a Caring environment preferred but not essential Able to work unsociable hours, weekends and bank holidays Shift patterns long days, evenings, weekends and waking nights. This primarily involves support using a person-centred approach. Our support workers measure outcomes specifically to an individual’s needs and evidence using our person-centred outcome-measuring tool. Successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure prior to commencement of employment.
