Key Responsibilities Assist with seasonal product launches online – collate product information, ensure content is presented correctly for timely launches. Use HTML and a CMS (Magento, Nosto, Klevu) to update site content regularly. Brief photography requirements, source copy, upload to Magento and edit against FIR updates. Build marketing emails using prebuilt templates, collaborating with the CX Manager and Digital Marketing Manager. Test bugs, tickets, sprints and releases when required. Set up products on the website, edit existing ones and add new products, including image optimisation. Improve search engine rankings by optimising meta titles and descriptions and performing ad‑hoc SEO audit actions. About You We don’t expect you to have Ecommerce experience but you should have a passion for digital and enthusiasm to progress in an online career. You need to be a self‑starter, motivated for continuous improvement, prioritize and meet deadlines, and be hands‑on with a keen eye for detail. Experience with Microsoft Office packages is required.
