About the Role As the Learning Disabilities Manager, you will be responsible for the full operational management of a small residential home supporting adults with autism spectrum conditions, learning disabilities, and additional support needs. You will lead a committed team, champion best practice and ensure the highest standards of person‑centred care. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a smaller, community‑focused environment and wants to make a meaningful, long‑term impact.
