The Office Manager/Dispatcher uses modern routing software and critical thinking to develop, alter, and optimize delivery routes. The role requires effective communication and liaison between drivers and customers, staying agile to handle sudden route changes or delivery issues. Hours & Work Location Monday – Friday, 6:30 am – 3:00 pm The Qualities You’ll Bring Effective communicator who provides memorable customer service and pays close attention to details. Understanding the importance of the first customer interaction, representing redbox+ Dumpsters with professional discretion. Duties Cultivate strong relationships with drivers and customers. Dispatch: receive requests, triage work orders, and communicate with drivers/customers. Phones/texts/email: answer inquiries, take work orders, and process requests. Software administration and compliance: maintain accurate records of client, job site, referral, and retention data. Billing: run reports to audit credit‑card payments and ensure accurate invoicing. Follow‑up: manage marketing prospects, Google reviews, and other assigned tasks. Inventory: monitor office and field supplies to ensure the team has necessary tools. Skills Excellent phone etiquette focused on “Wow” moments for customers. Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly. Professional and personable demeanor at all times. Independent and critical thinking related to logistics and customer experience. Attention to detail without dropping the ball. Eye for accuracy in work orders and billing preparation. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Legally able to work in the U.S. Knowledge of the Greater Lehigh Valley area for dispatch logistics. Customer service experience with verifiable references. Fluency in MS Office applications. Sales and/or marketing experience preferred. Compensation Competitive salary and performance‑based bonuses.
