You’ll Help Us Make Health Happen By Oversee and assist all aspects of nursing care/activities within the home. Create and update individual care plans for residents, maintaining clear, accurate and up‑to‑date medication records. Ensure adequate staffing levels through efficient management of rotas. Provide day‑to‑day support and guidance to the team, promoting residents’ independence, choice and dignity. Build lasting relationships with residents and the people who care about them, fostering a sense of community. Build strong relationships with local partners, liaising to raise the care home’s profile locally and beyond. Key Skills / Qualifications Needed For This Role Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin. Commitment to adhering to NMC Codes of Conduct and ongoing professional development. Up‑to‑date knowledge of tissue viability, infection control and care planning. Effective communication to build strong and honest relationships with residents and families. Natural leader to mentor team, delegate effectively, promote excellent customer service.
