The Role: Analysts will be able to: work alongside consultants from leading strategy firms (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) and industry experts build a strong consulting toolkit through structured training, on-the-job learning, and peer knowledge-sharing gain broad exposure across sectors and strategic topics — no two projects look the same receive dedicated mentoring to support your professional and personal development have opportunities to contribute to the firm’s pro bono, sustainability, and other internal initiatives Who We Are Looking For: Ideally, you: are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (excluding MBA, due to the nature of the training programme) enjoy problem solving and analysing data are a strong communicator with a collaborative style are curious about how organisations operate and make decisions have working rights for the UK / are a UK citizen Not sure you tick every box?Research shows some applicants — particularly women — hesitate unless they meet 100% of the criteria.
