Job Title: Programme Analyst Location: London (Hybrid) Duration: 6 months (Potential for extension) Working Pattern: Full Time About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced EMEA Programme Analyst to join their Data Management Group within EMEA Operations. This role is critical in supporting the coordination and delivery of initiatives aimed at ensuring compliance with BCBS 239, the global standard for risk data aggregation and reporting. As a Programme Analyst, you will manage integrated plans, ensure transparency into programme progress, and identify potential challenges to drive effective solutions. Your expertise in data management, stakeholder engagement, and project governance will be essential in navigating the complexities of the financial services industry. Key Responsibilities Update and manage the plan for EMEA programme initiatives. Lead and facilitate governance forums for programme and project management. Produce effective status reports, dashboards, and metrics. Manage risk and issue tracking, ensuring timely resolution. Collaborate with business owners, SMEs, and stakeholders to drive programme outcomes. Maintain high-quality documentation, including reports and status updates. Build cross-functional relationships with stakeholders, technical teams, and external suppliers. Ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements. Essential Skills & Qualifications Experience in the financial services sector. Proficiency in data management, governance, and analytics disciplines. Strong knowledge of project management principles and practises. Proven experience in managing and coordinating programme governance. Excellent documentation skills with a focus on quality and version control. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity. Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite. Desirable Skills Experience with BCBS 239 regulatory programmes. Familiarity with multiple jurisdictions and cultural nuances. Background in change management and business readiness activities.
