Enrichment and Participation Co‑ordinator Fixed‑term (until July 2026) full‑time (35 hours per week) position based at Openshaw Campus, Manchester. We’re seeking a dynamic, student‑focused individual to lead and develop enrichment activities that enhance the learner experience. You'll coordinate a wide range of events, clubs, and initiatives that boost engagement, wellbeing, and personal development. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, creative, and passionate about empowering students beyond the classroom. There is potential for this fixed‑term position to become permanent, subject to demonstrable impact and performance. Role Responsibilities Co‑ordinate a wide range of enrichment activities, events, clubs, and initiatives. Develop and implement strategies to boost student engagement, wellbeing, and personal development. Collaborate with teaching and support staff to integrate enrichment programmes across the curriculum. Monitor and assess the impact of enrichment activities, reporting outcomes to senior leadership. Ensure all activities comply with safeguarding and welfare policies. Skills, Qualifications and Experience Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics or equivalent. Qualification to at least level 3 in a related area. Evidence of coordinating activities and/or events for young people. Evidence of effective use of ICT systems and programmes, including Microsoft Office. Experience working with and engaging 16+ students, including adults. Effective time‑management, ability to work to deadlines, flexibility of approach. Teamworking skills, participation in meetings, contributing to the development of working practices. Evidence of continuous professional development and promotion of a positive culture. Safeguarding The LTE Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
