We welcome applications from internal and external candidates who are eager to grow their careers with us.Manton 110 is a major picking depot in Worksop, employing more than 200 colleagues and operating a fleet of more than 60 vehicles. The depot serves major convenience retailers in the region.What you’ll be doingShift – PM Shift starting 2pm Sunday to Thursday. As a warehouse supervisor your key priority will be to ensure consistent application of the department standards and processes to deliver inbound, picking and dispatch schedules safely, legally and in line with KPIs and cost targets.Providing leadership and direction to ensure colleagues receive necessary training, are supported in their roles and are confident to ask for advice or guidanceInvestigating and communicating issues affecting the safe and legal achievement of the budgeted operational plan and, where required, preventing unsafe behaviours or the use of unsafe equipmentConducting operational inductions and training as required and ensuring records are signed off accurately for filing and entry to the onsite training matrixActively participating in risk assessment, accident investigation, operational inspections and behavioural monitoring to maintain a safe workplaceCommunicating opportunities for improvements where trends and deficiencies affect service, safety, food hygiene or profitabilityWhat we’re looking forWe’re not all the same at Greencore and our differences help us to make every day taste better for all our stakeholders.
