As Head of Finance, you’ll play a pivotal part in securing the organisation’s long-term sustainability. This is an ideal role for a qualified and experienced finance professional who wants to have a strategic impact while working closely with creative colleagues at the forefront of contemporary music. You will oversee all aspects of financial management, including: Budgeting and forecasting Management and statutory accounts Audit and tax Financial systems development Risk management and policy oversight Selected HR-related processes You’ll work alongside the Chief Executive & Artistic Director and senior team, and report at governance level to our Council (Board). Your expertise will help ensure the organisation remains sustainable, compliant, and efficient.
