Overview This position is for Agency (Senior HCA) who book shifts on an Ad-Hoc or block-booking basis. We have shifts Nationwide as well. Responsibilities Administer medication and assist service users with immediate needs such as dressing, hygiene and washing. Assist and manage other HCAs. Provide companionship and emotional support, contributing positively to well-being. Liaise with Managers and other Team Leaders. Help clients participate in leisure activities, such as day trips. Maintain accurate record keeping, update care plans, use medical equipment, and keep a cheery attitude. Qualifications At least 3 months of paid experience within a UK Care setting. Right to work within the UK. Live enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain). Medication training essential. Willingness to register on our app for compliance, timesheets, and shifts. Level 3 training in healthcare or higher preferred. Benefits Live enhanced DBS support. Level 3 courses for Senior Healthcare Assistants and higher. Cheerful, supportive team environment.
