Role purpose Join PIC and Drive Continuous Improvement We are looking for a motivated and collaborative professional to join the Business Process Improvement team, contributing to key projects that drive operational effectiveness throughout the organisation. In this role, you will work alongside Business Process Improvement Analysts to foster a culture of continuous improvement, supporting diverse teams to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and uncover new opportunities through data-driven insights. You will receive training to become a Black Belt. Key Responsibilities Project Governance & Performance Monitoring – Ensure process improvement projects align with company objectives, follow best practices, and meet measurable KPIs. Process Optimisation – Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to drive operational excellence. Data Analysis & Reporting – Utilise insights to assess process effectiveness and recommend enhancements. Risk Management – Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Coaching & Support – Guide business representatives and analysts in process analysis and improvement methodologies. A self-starter passionate about business transformation and thrives on optimising processes, driving efficiency, and making a meaningful impact? Proven experience with Power BI: DAX, data modelling, and dashboard design Advanced proficiency in Excel: formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data visualisation Strong analytical skills: Able to interpret data, identify patterns, and apply statistical tools effectively. Process-Oriented Thinking: Understands workflows and can spot inefficiencies or areas for improvement. Change Agent Mentality: Willing to challenge the status quo and drive transformation. Self-Motivated & Curious: Eager to learn and apply new methodologies, not just follow instructions. Customer-Focused: Understands how process improvements impact customer satisfaction and business outcomes. Communication Skills: Can clearly convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
