Here is a good opportunity for a self-motivated and committed Asbestos Site Analyst based in and around the Edgware area to join a prominent and fast growing UKAS accredited asbestos and will include applications from Barnet, Watford, Harrow, Wembley and the surrounding areas.Purpose of the Role:Covering numerous contracts predominately in West Yorkshire.Qualifications & Experience:Holding the P403/P404 or the equivalent – RSPH qualification is essential and so is having significant experience working within this role and within the asbestos sector.Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Must be familiar with the Health & Safety procedures in relation to asbestos.Must be competent in using the Microsoft Office Package.Key Tasks:Carrying out asbestos smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, 4 stage clearances and re-occupation and personal air testing on properties.Monitoring asbestos contractors on site and ensuring that they adhere with the Health & Safety Procedures with regards to asbestos.Collating and producing comprehensive asbestos reports.Liaising with the clients on a regular basis.Requirements/Attributes:In general the successful candidate must be focused, flexible, have good work ethic and have the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team and at the same time must be flexible with regards to travelling.This is a good opportunity to join a successful company that offers a competitive salary, depending on expertise, company vehicle and along with many other benefits.We have a large dedicated team, with over 25 years combined industry experience within Asbestos recruitment specifically geared to dealing with Asbestos Surveyors/Analysts/Lab Technicians, Administrators, Project/Regional /Technical/Quality/Training/Sales Managers through to Director level for both Consultancy & Removal.
