Our client is a large UKAS accredited asbestos consultancy that service a mixed portfolio of clients throughout the UK. Due to recent business success, they are currently looking for an experienced and client facing Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst based in or around the Edgware area. The ideal candidate will come from an asbestos consultancy background and have extensive experience carrying out in depth and technical asbestos surveys and air monitoring duties to a varied site base. Applications from Watford, Enfield, Hatfield and the surrounding areas.Qualifications & Experience:Must hold the P402/P403/P404 asbestos certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualification.Hands on experience working as an asbestos surveyor/analyst within the asbestos industry is essential.Will ideally have experience providing a consultancy service to client.Excellent communication skills.Proficient with Microsoft office package.Good working knowledge of asbestos health & safety regulations.Role:Carrying out Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on a variety of properties including domestic/commercial/industrial.Undertaking smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, 4 stage clearances, re-occupation and personal air testing.Overseeing contractors on site ensuring they comply with asbestos Health and Safety procedures.Establishing and maintaining a professional relationship with the company’s large portfolio of clients.This is a good opportunity to join a company that offers a competitive salary, dependent on experience, company vehicle and many other benefits.Future Select are the leading market supplier for recruitment in the Asbestos industry, we work with the best clients and candidates and supply the majority of permanent jobs in the asbestos market.We have a large dedicated team, with over 25 years combined industry experience within Asbestos recruitment specifically geared to dealing with Asbestos Surveyors/Analysts/Lab Technicians, Administrators, Project/Regional /Technical/Quality/Training/Sales Managers through to Director level for both Consultancy & Removal.
