This role is about managing the team, which consists of 3 process technologists and 1 specification technologist, as much as owning projects, being on the ground, and driving results through direct involvement.My client is looking for someone who is happy to be hands-on upscaling the product, process validations, safety parameters, as well as overseeing the compliance side (labelling of products for different countries), managing people (mentoring new employees). Driving R&D, creating new ways of working alongside launches.QualificationsTo apply, you must be available within the next four weeks and have a minimum of 5 years in a food manufacturing or technical leadership role, with experience in managing teams.Proven track record in leading NPD or Process Development Projects from concept to launch.REF NCM #J-18808-Ljbffr
