Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Admin Team Leader to join our Neurology service, specifically working with the Multiple Sclerosis team. As the Team Leader you will be a highly motivated individual with demonstrable leadership skills and a passion for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Work closely with senior management, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication. Provide leadership, support, advice and guidance to a team of administration pathway coordinators, promoting clear expectations, direction, and motivation to achieve personal and shared goals. Promote a collaborative, consistent, and efficient working environment. Gain a sound working knowledge of the MS service, its organisation and processes. Acquire an in-depth understanding of MS treatment pathways (training will be given). Use electronic patient record systems, manage RTT pathways, and meet targets. Use Excel for administration tasks. Uphold the UCLH Trust Values and maintain good communication skills at all levels. Qualifications and Requirements Significant experience in clinical administration, especially with RTT pathways and targets. Strong leadership skills and the ability to be highly motivated. Proficient in Excel. Good communication skills at all levels. Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of the MS service and treatment pathways. This post will be available from 01/03/2026.
