Bar and Restaurant Manager – Hotel Du Vin, Harrogate (Malmaison) Role Overview £33.5k basic + TRONC, 45 hours per week – Permanent Contract. Requires full‑time commitment across a 7‑day week. Staff will deliver front‑of‑house service during evenings and weekends with flexible shift patterns discussed at interview. Responsibilities Ensure smooth running of the Bar, Bistro and Meetings Operation. Hands‑on operator coaching and support of the team to meet highest standards. Achieve budgeted targets and KPIs. Oversee branded restaurant operation, ensuring consistency with Hotel Du Vin brand. Manage shift rosters, staff scheduling and contractual hours. Qualifications Experience leading a branded restaurant or bar operation. Strong knowledge of hospitality standards and KPIs. Excellent coaching, teamwork and communication skills.
