Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Supervisor to join our team. As the Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment. If you have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a background in the food and beverage industry, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Manage all aspects of the bar operations
- Train, supervise, and motivate bar staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in financial transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area at all times

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of beverage trends, mixology techniques, and drink recipes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

**Salary**: From £11.55 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
