What you'll do Create high‑quality UX and UI designs for CMS‑based websites using Figma and established design systems Develop prototypes, components and page layouts that support clear, user‑focused journeys Collaborate with researchers on study plans, usability testing and insight synthesis Lead design reviews and manage sign‑off with product, marketing, legal, compliance and other stakeholders Work closely with content, marketing and subject‑matter experts to inform and refine design decisions Contribute to team‑wide design standards, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement Manage multiple projects, adapting approach and priorities as needed What you bring Strong UX/UI experience with accessible, WCAG‑compliant design work High proficiency in Figma and confidence using design systems Background designing for AEM or similar enterprise CMS platforms Ability to lead design discussions, workshops and stakeholder sessions Organised, autonomous working style with strong problem‑solving and collaboration skills Clear communicator able to present and justify design decisions effectively Experience in investment‑focused digital products and fluency in a European language are strong advantages Inclusion Statement Vanguard’s continued commitment to diversity and inclusion is firmly rooted in our culture.
