Due to recent expansion, the team is looking to add a Product Designer to the team:4+ years Product Design experience.Hybrid working style – Offices in London & New YorkSalary £80-105K DOEWHO ARE WEWe are an AI-driven revenue automation platform designed for B2B companies. It streamlines complex finance workflows, from contract creation and quoting to billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition. By unifying sales and finance operations, this helps businesses scale revenue processes efficiently and accurately.The platform supports various pricing models, including usage-based and seat-based, and integrates seamlessly with tools like Salesforce, Stripe, and QuickBooks.Dure to expansion we are looking to add a Product Designer to the team who has start up experience, B2B, AI centric Design focus.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOINGAs a Product Designer you will Design AI-first product experiences across billing, invoicing, collections, and finance agent workflows, partnering with PMs and engineers from discovery through shipping to bring new concepts to life.You will explore how agentic AI workflows should behave, what they do automatically, when they ask for input, and how they explain their reasoning.Move fluidly between broad concepts and tactical deliverables, from sketching a new finance co-pilot experience to refining critical interactions for invoice approval. Rapidly prototype and test ideas with internal stakeholders and customers, contribute to design reviews, and help build a strong design culture.WE NEED YOU TO HAVE2+ Years experience in a Product Design position.Proven design experience in the B2B software.Worked in an early growth stage or start-up.Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and design systems.Heavily leaning into AI centric design.Proficient in end to end product design – User Research, Prototyping, shipping.Generalist experience – we don’t want the majority of the work to be in mobile.Excellent written and communication skills.Excellent teamwork.TO BE CONSIDERED AS A PRODUCT DESIGNER Please either apply by clicking online or emailing me directly to cameron.chambers@searchability.com.
