What You’ll Do Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs. Design and develop visually compelling dashboards using leading BI tools. Guide colleagues on interpreting data and using insights to drive operational decisions. Contribute to projects and initiatives by delivering actionable insights that support business cases and benefits realisation. Identify opportunities to apply BI technology to enhance processes and performance. Manage and resolve reporting‑related service desk items in line with agreed SLAs. What We’re Looking For Experience & Knowledge Demonstrable experience with ITSM tools (e.g., JIRA). A highly developed understanding of data infrastructure, architecture, and integration. Knowledge of regulatory reporting and data governance best practices. Proven ability to build effective relationships with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Technical Skills Expertise in enterprise BI tools such as QlikView and Power BI. Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages: SQL, Excel, Python, DAX. Ability to scope requirements accurately and continuously improve report usability. Attributes Detail‑oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy. Analytical thinker with a logical approach to problem‑solving. Strong communicator who can simplify complex ideas. Dedicated to continuous learning and professional development. It Would Be Great If You Also Had Experience in training and coaching operational teams. Microsoft certifications or equivalent.
