OverviewCoforge Milton Keynes, England, United KingdomWe are looking for a highly skilled FICO Debt Manager Tool Expert with a strong techno-functional background and proven project management capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the FICO Debt Manager platform, driving end-to-end implementations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact financial solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation, configuration, and support of FICO Debt Manager tool across business units.Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating functional requirements into system configurations and enhancements.Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.Collaborate with stakeholders in Finance, Risk, IT, and Compliance to ensure alignment with business goals.Drive data integration, reporting, and automation initiatives within the FICO ecosystem.Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high availability.Conduct user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions.Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.Required Skills & Qualifications8–10 years of experience in debt management, financial systems, or treasury operations.Hands-on experience with FICO Debt Manager or similar debt collection/management platforms.Strong techno-functional expertise in financial systems, data flows, and process automation.Proven experience in project management (PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications preferred).Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently in an onsite environment and manage multiple priorities.Good to HaveExperience with FICO, Oracle Financials, or other ERP systems.Exposure to cloud-based financial platforms and APIs.Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to debt and collections (e.g., IFRS 9, Basel norms).Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
