About Our Club Set back from the streets in central Wimbledon is a world-class wellness sanctuary unlike anything in South West London, with an expensive 42,000 sq ft workout arena including sled track and Eleiko strength area. The club also boasts a 25m pool, a world-class wet spa, and bespoke studios finished to the highest standards to offer the signature classes and more. We aim to offer our members around 300 classes per week and our members have an unparalleled dedication to their training. Role Overview We are looking for a Group Exercise Operations Assistant who will work alongside the Group Exercise Manager to ensure we remain best in class and continue to be the Third Space for our members. Responsibilities Teach a minimum of 10 classes per week. Spend 30 hours per week responding to member feedback, helping them with class‑related problems. Work closely with the instructor population to keep their admin up to date. Assist the Central Group Exercise team to source cover for instructors unable to attend scheduled classes. Manage a wide and varied workload and engage members over phone, email, face‑to‑face, on the gym floor or in the studio. Qualifications Experienced group exercise teacher. Able to manage varied workload and be comfortable engaging with members over phone, email, and face‑to‑face. Long‑term ambition to progress into Group Exercise Management.
