In addition to that, we’re looking for a Group Exercise Operations Assistant to support the team.This role will require you to teach a minimum of 10 classes per week, dedicating 24 hours per week on the gym floor. You’ll respond to member feedback daily and help them with any problems they have with their classes. You’ll work closely with the instructor population to ensure they are up to date with their admin and with the Central Group Exercise team to assist with sourcing cover for instructors who are unable to attend their scheduled classes.You need to manage a wide and varied workload and be comfortable engaging with people over phone, email, face-to-face, or in the studio.
