Your key responsibilities include:Planning and delivering high‑quality lessons in line with the national curriculumCreating a structured, inclusive, and positive learning environmentMaintaining strong behaviour management, ensuring consistency and routinesAssessing, tracking, and reporting on pupil progressWorking closely with teaching assistants, specialist staff, and senior leadersCommunicating effectively with parents and carersContributing to the wider life of the school, including events, meetings, and extracurricular activitiesWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious KS2 teaching experience (Essential)Strong behaviour management and the ability to maintain clear expectationsA nurturing approach that builds strong relationships with pupilsA reflective, professional attitude and commitment to ongoing developmentThe ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive teamVetting RequirementsAll applicants must complete the required safeguarding and vetting checks, including an enhanced DBS, right‑to‑work documentation, and employment references. The role is offered through Teaching Personnel, who commit to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Applicants will also be required to undertake or hold a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check and may receive free child‑protection and prevent duty training through the agency.
