Responsibilities: Here's what your journey with us entails: Set up and break down event spacesfor conferences and banquets, ensuring all materials and equipment are in place. Coordinate with the kitchento manage food and beverage orders for events. Interact with gueststo provide exceptional service, taking orders and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Serve food and beveragesduring events, ensuring adherence to quality and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisationin all service areas. Monitor guest feedbackand implement improvements to enhance the overall guest experience. Follow safety and hygiene protocolsto ensure a safe working environment. Assist with inventory managementand restocking supplies as needed. Support team membersand collaborate to achieve common goals. Safety and Company Policies: Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures. Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager. Complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Communicate with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Support the team to reach common goals.
