About the Team Leader Role As Team Leader, you will coordinate volunteers, drive local initiatives, and ensure the group delivers effective reading support. Responsibilities Support and guide Reading Coaches and Coordinators Lead communication and volunteer engagement Oversee local partnerships and community outreach Use organisational and IT skills to keep the team connected Ideal for someone with Experience managing or supporting volunteers Interest in adult literacy or community education Confidence with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and email Strong leadership and collaboration skills Time commitment 5–7 hours per week, minimum 2-year commitment Other Volunteer Opportunities Alongside the Team Leader, Read Easy North, East & West Devon is also welcoming expressions of interest for: Coordinator Supporter & Lead Recruiter IT Support Publicity Officer Reading Coaches Local Volunteer Recruiters Why Volunteer with Read Easy?
