As an Emerging Talent Manager, you'll shape the next generation of talent across our organisation. This is a strategic role where you'll design, deliver, and evolve programmes that attract and develop graduates, apprentices, and interns. Day-to-day, you'll directly influence our future workforce, ensuring we have the skills and diversity needed to meet critical national projects. Develop and manage emerging talent programmes aligned with business needs Oversee recruitment cycles for graduates, apprentices, and interns Collaborate with stakeholders to define programme structures and development pathways Design onboarding and induction frameworks for new talent Champion inclusive hiring practices and diverse talent pipelines This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with frequent travel to Warrington, Rosyth and Clyde. Essential experience of the Emerging Talent Manager Proven experience managing emerging talent programmes or similar initiatives Strong understanding of apprenticeship standards and graduate development Working knowledge of Scottish and English education and apprenticeship systems Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience with ATS platforms and emerging talent recruitment tools Qualifications for the Emerging Talent Manager Degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, Education, or related field CIPD or similar HR qualification (desirable) Security Clearance The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) and Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
