Account Specialist – Orders Management

**Location**: Larne**Benefits:*** 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays* Up to 10% bonus* Contributory pension scheme - Caterpillar will double the employee's contribution up to 6%* Contributory share scheme - Caterpillar will match 50% of the employee's contribution.* Optional flexible benefits including access to health and dental care plans, EV car lease, holiday purchase.**Additional Information:**- This position requires up to 5% travel.- There is a requirement of 5 days in the office a week.- Please note that due to Christmas period the recruitment process will take longer than usual and we are planning to start interviews second week of January.**Salary:** £33,760- £42,210 (depending on experience)* Provide operational support to Power & Energy dealers* Act as SME for other Account Specialists on tactical matters* Resolve complex dealer issues requiring advanced problem-solving* Manage commercial order processing and configuration requests* Drive continuous improvement in systems, processes, and reporting* Champion operational excellence within the team* Coordinate end-to-end logistics from source to destination* Ensure timely product delivery and maintain strong dealer relationships* Deliver training and guidance to dealer network* Maintain compliance with export documentation and invoicing standards* Perform effectively in a fast-paced, multi-task environment**Customer Focus:** Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
