Vehicle Co‑ordinator – Bodyshop You will carry out all duties in relation to the smooth running of the Bodyshop reception area through an effective check in and out process. This will involve dealing with all customer requirements (internal & external) in a professional manner and providing administration support as required. Recognition and Rewards: Celebrate success with our values and long‑service awards program. Main Duties Of The Role Handover vehicle on completion, taking customer through estimate and repairs. Welcome all customers on initial arrival at reception. Progress all paperwork for Courtesy vehicle check‑in and check‑out process. Identify fast‑track jobs and follow procedure to progress repair as quickly as possible. Assign loan vehicles where necessary and maintain records of vehicle allocations. Ensure company policy and procedures are followed on loan vehicle administration. Check incoming condition of load/hire vehicle informing customer of any defects. Process company and insurance documentation. To Be Effective In This Role, You Will Have Good understanding of modern vehicles. Strong communication and people skills. Previous experience working in a driving role. A driving licence is essential for this role.
