Warranty Controller Location: GraysSalary: £30,000 OTE £35,000 Are you an organised, detail‑driven professional with a passion for accuracy and automotive excellence? We’re looking for a Warranty Controller to join our team and play a crucial role in managing warranty claims, ensuring smooth processes, and maximising customer satisfaction. About the Role As a Warranty Controller, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the full warranty process—from claim submission to final approval. You’ll ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and submitted within required timescales. Working closely with service, parts, and manufacturers, you’ll help maintain strong operational standards while protecting profitability. Key Responsibilities Process and submit warranty claims efficiently and accurately Audit, review, and monitor claims to ensure compliance with manufacturer standards Maintain up-to-date knowledge of warranty procedures and policies Liaise with workshop technicians and service teams to gather supporting information Resolve rejected claims and chase outstanding credits Produce regular reports on claim status, trends, and recoveries Ensure all warranty paperwork is filed, tracked, and managed correctly What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Warranty Controller or within a dealership/service department Strong attention to detail with excellent administrative skills Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines Good communication skills across all levels A proactive, problem‑solving mindset What’s in It for You Competitive salary and bonus structure Supportive working environment with progression opportunities Ongoing training and development Ready to Apply?
