This is a vital opportunity to help shape and deliver high-quality, timely interventions that improve long-term outcomes for patients across the region.This role entails running face to face clinics across the wider Birmingham area, including Coventry, Wolverhampton and Dudley, 1-2 times per month, subject to demand.If you are passionate about improving early diagnosis pathways in Urology and delivering outstanding patient care, we’d love to hear from you.To express your interest, please send a CV and cover note to: Georgina.Procter@medefer.com, or click on the link below.EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:A Consultant with at least 12 months experience working within a substantive NHS post in Urology.Registered with the GMC with an active licence to practice.On the Specialist Register and be able to provide current documents in accordance with clinical competence requirements.Committed to collaborative, patient-centred care and continuous service improvementExcellent communication, leadership, and clinical documentation skillsHave an interest in digital health, clinical informatics and in new ways of working.Have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.Possess excellent time management, planning, and prioritising skills.Be detail oriented, able to process detailed information effectively, consistently, and accurately.Medefer is a Disability Confident Employer.We commit to interviewing applicants who declare a disability and meet the minimum essential criteria for the job.
