Relief Retail Security Officer Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is looking for a Retail Security Officer who can deliver exceptional customer service while creating a safe shopping environment free from the fear of crime for customers and colleagues. Pay rate: £12.60 Various shifts (to be discussed during interview) Must be able to travel to: Northampton, Wellingborough, Kettering, Rugby, Milton Keynes, Market Harborough, Corby Job Requirements It is preferable to hold a current SIA licence or SIA certificates (but training may be provided if needed). It is vital to have a full 5‑year checkable employment/education history; failure to provide this may result in withdrawal of the offer or termination of employment. Main Duties Deliver industry leading customer service. Deter violence and public order offences. Conduct patrols of the store. Utilise CCTV systems to support the reduction of crime and stock loss. Liaise with the store management team. Liaise with Police and crime partnerships where required to foster a great working relationship to support the reduction of crime in store.
