This is a collaborative role where you’ll build strong relationships with consultants, senior teams and a wide range of healthcare professionals and patients. As an inspiring leader, you’ll develop and motivate your team, driving their performance while supporting all the new initiatives of your hospital. Job responsibilities At Ramsay Health Care UK, you’ll provide strong clinical and operational leadership for a dynamic theatre team, ensuring the delivery of the highest quality perioperative care. The role requires you to manage a busy theatre environment, maintain state‑of‑the‑art integrated theatre technology, and support new initiatives across the hospital.
