As a Team Manager in Food, you’ll be responsible for leading a team on the shop floor to deliver exceptional availability, 5-star service, and commercial results.This is not a back-office role. Your role is to help our people be the best that they can be, to assist in driving sales, commerciality and service standards within your store.One of the requirements for this role is flexibility to work across various departments.
