About the Programme Our Graduate Vet Programme has been carefully designed to ease your transition into practice, with dedicated training, structured mentoring and clear development pathways. You’ll gain: Regular CPD covering the clinical, leadership and client-centred skills you will need for a successful future. A dedicated network of colleagues and VetGDP Advisors offering coaching, mentoring and guidance. Clinical, professional and commercial training mapped to the RCVS Day One Competences. A unique, accessible pathway to clinic ownership for those seeking long-term progression. We give you the foundation, skills and confidence to develop, grow and succeed. Salary & Benefits We offer a starting salary of £37,500 and an excellent benefits package, including: Sick pay Preventive health care Private medical health care Life assurance RCVS registration fees BVA and BSAVA membership VDS insurance 5 weeks annual leave + bank holidays A 4-day working week What We’re Looking For We’re seeking graduates who demonstrate: Strong client and patient care experience. Excellent teamwork and relationship-building skills. Confident communication at all levels and the ability to build rapport quickly. Resilience and the ability to learn positively from setbacks. A proactive approach to personal and professional development. A recognised veterinary qualification permitting RCVS registration (e.g., BVSc, VetMB, BVM&S, BVMS, BVM, BVS, BVMedSci, BVetMed, BVMSci or an RCVS-accepted equivalent). MRCVS status at the start of the programme Eligibility to work in the UK Experience of Extra Mural Studies at Medivet (desirable) A full driving licence to support travel between branches/24-hour sites (desirable) If clinic ownership is something you have always dreamed of, this is the grad scheme for you Application Details Applications are open exclusively for our August 2026 intake only.
