AJ Bell Manchester, England, United Kingdom Asset Servicing Administrator – 12‑month Fixed‑Term Contract Job Description We are now recruiting an Asset Servicing Administrator to work in a team of administrators and ensure the delivery of excellence in the administration of Corporate Actions & Dividends. The role is part of the Custody umbrella and will work within one of three specialist teams: Event Capture, Dividends Processing or Corporate Actions Processing. You will manage an assigned workload, complete tasks intraday, and communicate with colleagues to ensure high‑standard, compliant processing. Key Responsibilities Capture event information for both Dividends and Corporate Actions Create and maintain records of events Compile & issue customer notifications for forthcoming events, where required Collate customer responses, where required Instruct counterparties and custodians Reconcile positions at different stages of the event Process events to customer accounts Notify customers when events are completed Ensure adherence to all compliance policies including AML, CASS, Clear Desk and breach reporting What You'll Need Minimum of 5 GCSE’s grades A*-C (or equivalent) including Maths and English Strong customer service skills and ability to deliver excellent service Strong written and verbal communication skills Competent IT skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to work in high‑pressure, deadline‑driven environments Exceptional attention to detail Experience of financial services, or a keen interest in it, is desirable Advanced Excel skills About AJ Bell AJ Bell is one of the fastest‑growing investment platform businesses in the UK, offering an award‑winning range of solutions that cater for everyone, from professional financial advisers to DIY investors.
