Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager – German Speaking Innovate and drive growth in the DACH market for a leading EdTech provider. This role is based in London with a hybrid working model (2 days in office). Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the German‑speaking market. Present, demonstrate value and close six‑figure deals with senior decision makers in German. Build and maintain long‑term partnerships by actively listening and adapting communication strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer engagement and project delivery. Qualifications Proven experience as a tech sales professional or Account Executive in the DACH market. Strong track record of closing enterprise‑level or mid‑market deals. Excellent communication skills in German and English (writing and speaking). Additional languages are a plus. High emotional intelligence and ability to understand and adapt to prospects’ needs. Experience selling to HR, Learning & Development, or in education is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary up to £90k (100% OTE), health and pension schemes, learning & development budget, work‑from‑anywhere allowance, and other benefits.
