We are excited to be able to advertise for a Team Lead within the Central & West Host Network for our Talking Therapies Team in Burnley, Pennine. This is an exciting opportunity for an appropriately qualified and experienced practitioner to consolidate and expand upon their management skills. We are looking for a highly motivated, pro‑active individual who is looking for their next challenge. We are looking for applicants with substantial experience of working within the field of mental health and significant knowledge and experience of working within a Talking Therapies service. You will have a proven record of accomplishment in delivering high quality therapeutic services and have excellent interpersonal qualities; time management skills; an ability to work autonomously and in a team; experience of providing formal managerial supervision / mentorship to clinical staff, and an enthusiasm for working in an ever‑developing Talking Therapies service. The post‑holder will work alongside the Operational and Clinical leadership team, providing support to the Service Manager and Clinicians alike within the respective team. A Deputy will also support them along with Senior PWPs. The post‑holder will need to be available to work full‑time Monday‑Friday. There will be an expectation of Hybrid work from base and home. The post holder will receive regular managerial supervision and support and join other senior clinicians within the service. Talking Therapies is an innovative and forward thinking service. We provide rapid, accessible mental health screening, assessment and treatment to people presenting with common mental health disorders, whilst enabling people accessing the service to have a collaborative role in the choice of intervention they receive. Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services including secondary mental health care across this area. Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care. The Trust also provides a range of physical health and well‑being services in the community alongside a range of partners in the Lancashire, Cumbria and Sefton area.
