Senior Clinical Fellow in Anaesthesia & Perioperative Medicine Apply for the Senior Clinical Fellow in Anaesthesia & Perioperative Medicine role at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. Position starts February 2025 for 6 months within a comprehensive ST3+ training program in anaesthesia and intensive care medicine. Post details and specialist development opportunities: Develop a special interest in Perioperative Medicine: assessment of high‑risk surgical patients, anaesthesia for major surgery and pre‑operative assessment, including weekly MDT meetings. Opportunity to develop skills in quality improvement, research, teaching and training. Encouraged to complete the Advanced training module in Perioperative Medicine per RCOA guidance. Suitable for CT3 equivalent (Stage 1 ‘top‑up’), Out of Programme experience (OOPE) or post‑CCT candidates. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in Anaesthesia at CT 1-2 level or above. At least 12 months of experience in the UK. At least 3 months working in Intensive Care. Clinical responsibilities include: Participation in full shift rotas for Post‑Anaesthesia Care Unit (PACU). Anaesthesia for emergency and elective patients. Participation in clinical audit. Participation in teaching and training.
