The company is currently seeking a Software Developer to join its collaborative, fast-paced development team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a well-established platform with real‑world impact, contributing to the continuous enhancement and expansion of its digital learning products. What You’ll Be Doing Work as part of a small, agile team to design, build, test, and roll out new features and improvements to our LMS platform. Pick up development tickets, figure out what’s needed, build the solution, and take it through code review and into production. Collaborate with teams across the business, including product, support, marketing, and sales, to make sure what you’re building meets everyone’s needs. Maintain and optimise existing systems to improve performance, scalability, and security. Get involved in DevOps tasks using AWS, such as: Monitoring and responding to infrastructure issues Managing deployments and environmentsFinding ways to improve performance and reduce costs Take part in code reviews to keep our standards high and our codebase clean. Keep clear documentation so everyone’s on the same page. Stay up to date with new technologies and suggest ideas to make our platform even better. What You’ll Need Solid experience with PHP, Laravel, TypeScript, Vue, and MySQL. Great communication skills with the ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical people. A good understanding of testing, documentation, and version control. The ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Bonus Points For Experience using Git or another version control system. Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Knowledge of UI/UX principles and accessibility standards. An interest in e-learning technologies or LMS platforms.
