The company has gone through immense growth of 50% in the last 12 months with plans to grow another 50% by the end of 2026.The company is currently seeking a Software Developer to join its collaborative fast-paced development team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a well-established platform with real-world impact contributing to the continuous enhancement and expansion of its digital learning products.What Youll Be DoingWork as part of a small agile team to design build test and roll out new features and improvements to our LMS platform.Pick up development tickets figure out whats needed build the solution and take it through code review and into production.Collaborate with teams across the business including product support marketing and sales to make sure what youre building meets everyones needs.Maintain and optimise existing systems to improve performance scalability and security.Get involved in DevOps tasks using AWS such as:Monitoring and responding to infrastructure issuesManaging deployments and environmentsFinding ways to improve performance and reduce costsTake part in code reviews to keep our standards high and our codebase clean.Keep clear documentation so everyones on the same page.Stay up to date with new technologies and suggest ideas to make our platform even better.What Youll NeedSolid experience with PHP Laravel TypeScript Vue and MySQL.Great communication skills with the ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical people.A good understanding of testing documentation and version control.The ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.Bonus Points ForExperience using Git or another version control system.Familiarity with AWS Azure or Google Cloud.Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL PostgreSQL or MongoDB.Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Knowledge of UI/UX principles and accessibility standards.An interest in e-learning technologies or LMS platforms.Why Youll Love Working HereSalary ofAnnual bonus scheme28 days holidayOpportunities to go abroad (Some of the team just got back from Morocco)A friendly supportive team that values collaboration and creativity.Opportunities to learn grow and shape your role as we continue to expand.A chance to work on products that make a real difference in peoples learning and development.If youre interested in learning more about this opportunity please reach out to for more information or apply on the link provided on this page.
