They have established long-term relationships with major global companies, particularly in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).The OpportunityDue to ongoing expansion, they ar hiring for aGerman Speaking Recruitment Consultantto join their team. You’ll work on recruitment assignments across Europe, primarily in Germany and Switzerland, focusing on the Technology and Life Sciences sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full 360° recruitment cycleSource and select candidates via LinkedIn, social media, CRM, and job boardsBuild and maintain client relationships in the DACH regionCollaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needsScreen and qualify candidates via phone interviewsSchedule and coordinate interviewsPost job ads and manage your professional presence on LinkedInTravel to Europe (mainly DACH) for client meetings and networkingCandidate ProfileFluent in German and EnglishIdeally educated to University degree (any discipline) levelPrevious recruitment experience - any sectorExcellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skillsAmbitious, competitive, and driven by successStrong knowledge or interest in European/DACH business cultureWilling to travel to Germany or Switzerland every few weeksSalary and BenefitsBase Salary: £27,000 - £45,000 (negotiable)Uncapped commission - OTE £50,000 - £100,00025 days holiday + healthcare + bonus schemesEarly Friday office closeGym membership discounts (2 min walk)International Christmas parties & team tripsContinuous training & career developmentTo apply, please email your CV directly to Jonathan Grimes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
