Our client has a strong reputation across Europe for delivering exceptional recruitment services, building long-term relationships with global organisations.The RoleWe are looking for a German-speaking Recruitment Consultant to manage full 360 recruitment across technology and life sciences sectors, mainly in Switzerland and Germany. You willSource and select candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and social mediaScreen candidates and manage the interview processDevelop and maintain relationships with clients and candidatesMarket yourself on LinkedIn and build your personal reputation in your marketTravel occasionally to DACH countries to meet clients and candidatesGenerate new business and understand client hiring requirementsRequirementsFluent in German and EnglishUniversity degree (any subject)Experience in 360 recruitment, ideally with a focus on European MarketsAny Sales experience would be an additional bonus.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsEnergetic, enthusiastic, and willing to learnCompetitive and sales-driven mindsetCultural awareness of European business practicesWillingness to travel to DACH countries every few weeksSalary & BenefitsBase: £30,000 – £45,000 + uncapped commission (OTE £60,000 - £110,00)25 days holiday + company eventsHealthcare, gym discount (including pool), early finish FridaysFun and social team culture – foosball, ping pong, office dogOngoing training and career developmentApplyImmediate start.
