OverviewAn International Integrated Energy Corporation is seeking an experienced Mandarin-Speaking Financial Accountant to join its UK team. You will be responsible for full-cycle accounting operations, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with both local and group accounting standards. This role requires fluency in both English and Chinese, and strong experience with IFRS and CAS.AJ46774Type: Permanent, full-timeSalary: £45k-55k per annum, depending on experienceWorking Hours: 9:00-17:00, Monday to FridayStart Date: ASAPLocation: UKMain ResponsibilitiesConduct daily accounting operations including voucher review, journal entry preparation, and record accuracy checksReconcile general ledger accounts with subsidiary ledgers and manage AR/AP accounts, bank reconciliations, and variance resolutionOversee fixed asset accounting: depreciation, asset register updates, and disposalsAssist in month-end closing and prepare data for financial reportingCompile financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) in accordance with local and group standards (CAS, IFRS)Participate in compliance efforts and audits, responding to findings and ensuring ongoing adherence to regulationsOptimize usage of ERP or financial systems to enhance automation and efficiencyLiaise with head office teams in China to align financial practices and reportingCarry out other duties as assigned by managementRequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or auditStrong knowledge of IFRS and Chinese accounting standards (CAS), with experience in compliance and internal controlsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldProfessional certifications preferred (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA)Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and verbal)Proficient in financial software and ERP systemsStrong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skillsAll applicants for the Mandarin-Speaking Financial Accountant must have the right to work in the UK without any restrictions as the Company is not able to offer visa support.We regret that we cannot accept applications from YMS, Graduate or Student visa holders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
