We welcome graduates from a range of subject backgrounds, training them to be client‑facing business consultants rather than purely technical “techies.” Associate Business Consultants – Location – 6‑month office‑based training in Nottingham (Cubo, Standard Court, NG1). After training you may work from anywhere in the UK. Salary – C£29,000 basic figure with benefits. Rising to C£60,000 after four years depending on performance. Start – September 2026 (date to be confirmed). Online Test – Completed following CV submission before the closing date. Closing Date – Midnight Sunday 1st of February 2026. The role of Associate Business Consultant We are seeking enthusiastic, committed, newly or recently qualified graduates, early career consultants, or individuals seeking a career change. You will be part of our Graduate/Accelerator Training Programme starting September 2026. Responsibility highlights: Become a respected and credible Microsoft Dynamics Business Consultant. Provide consultancy expertise throughout the lifecycle of an ERP implementation. Deliver commercial focus, strong relationship building, and excellent communication skills. About You (Essentials) Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business, IT, Psychology, Engineering, or Manufacturing. Willingness to relocate to Nottingham for 6 months of training. Proactive, confident, and clear understanding of the business landscape. Flexibility to travel within the UK and abroad.
