Your Key Responsibilities 

Onsite Management & Temporary Worker Welfare – Based at our client’s premises, you’ll oversee temporary workers, ensuring smooth payroll processing, resolving queries, and coaching/supporting performance. 

Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. 

Candidate Selection & Placement – Identify, assess, and match temporary workers to client requirements. 

Delivering High-Quality Service – Uphold company values and maintain service excellence. 

Working Hours

40 hours per week - Monday, Wednesday and Friday onsite ST3 7UN Tuesday and Thursday in branch ST1 1EE. 

Typical working hours from 8-5 with an hours lunch. Requires flexibility.
